How come my game/experience does not install properly within the Imagine Client?

We have found for certain users that their antivirus and firewall can sometimes sometimes create problems such as yours. Please try disabling your antivirus and firewall and then try again.

If it hangs at a certain spot in the download, please take a screen shot and send it to us at support@imaginevr.io. Please indicate the email you use on the site and the name of the product with the problems.
